California City Hall, Police & Public Works Yard

The programming study for Moorpark consisted of both short term and long term solutions to city hall, police and public works yard plus a state highway field office. The Leach Mounce study included three options for interim housing of the city facilities in modular units. The interim solution includes the option of contracting police, building department and engineering services to outside agencies.

Three long term solutions were also developed depending on site acquisition.

Short term options range from $400,000 to $600,000 and long term solutions are estimated to range from $5,000,000 to 12,000,000 depending on which option is chosen.
